Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls and assist end users.
• Provide Level 1/2 support to clients and escalate when needed.
• Identify issues and elevate them to appropriate resources.
• Resolve end-user incidents and requests via Phone, Email and Chat on first contact.
• Escalate user issues to appropriate resources when necessary.
• Perform basic hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
