Job summary

The Judge Group in Mebane, NC is seeking a mid-level Desk-side Tech to deliver end-user computing support, primarily on Windows. You will repair PCs, laptops, tablets, and printers, performing essential desk-side tasks in a client environment.

Responsibilities include IMAC duties, VIP and general employee support, and adherence to service procedures and metrics. Knowledge of Lotus Notes is a plus and professionalism is required.

Responsibilities

• Meet customer service and operational metrics as defined.
• Proactively communicate repair status and arrival times to end users and service desk.

Description: Our client is currently seeking a Desktop Support The Desk-side Tech is a Mid-level position that performs tasks related to repairing various technology-based products typically associated with an end-user computing environment. Strong Microsoft Windows Experience Is a Must, and some basic knowledge of Lotus Notes is a huge plus.

Responsibilities

• Performs basic and moderately complex troubleshooting and repair activities, typically associated with an end-user environment, including but not limited to PCs, desktops, laptops, tablets, and printers.
• Provide support to client-identified VIPs, and other employees at the client site
• Responds to change management requests including installing new PC equipment, providing end-user desk-side support, and other related activities.
• Perform Install/Move/Add or Change (IMAC) activities.
• Perform all assigned desk-side support activities
• Display outstanding technical and professional services skills at all times
• Meet - established customer service satisfaction levels and other operational/customer service metrics as outlined in established guidelines
• Proactively communicate with the end user and service desk personnel regarding arrival times, repair time estimates, and the status of the repair
• Understands and follows all documented service operations policies and procedures.
• Other duties or certifications may be assigned to meet business needs
