Job summary

RPC Company is seeking an IT Desktop/Service Desk professional for onsite work in San Francisco. You will support Windows imaging, M365, and AD, and assist remote users via AVD and VPN. Onsite five days in the Financial District, near Montgomery BART.

Degree or certifications are a plus but not required. Benefits and PTO are provided; weekly pay is offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years IT Desktop and/or Service Desk support.
• Comfortable with Windows, M365, and AD.
• Experience in a financial services IT or MSP environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT desktop and service desk support in Windows environments.
• Image and set up laptops/desktops, perform imaging and account management.
• Support remote users via AVD and VPN.
• Assist with conference room AV before meetings.

• — Microsoft 365, Active Directory — resets, lockouts, account management
• — Remote users on AVD and VPN
• — Conference room AV before meetings
