Job summary

RPC Company, an investment and financial services firm, is seeking a desktop support professional for an on-site role in Century City, Los Angeles. The position supports bankers and senior leadership directly, working in a fast-paced environment with Windows desktops, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and AD.

The role involves imaging and deploying Windows devices, configuring 365 services, AD account work, mobile devices, printers, and conference room AV before client meetings.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on desktop and/or service desk supporting Windows, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory.
• Bachelor's degree and/or CompTIA A+ or Network+ (or other relevant certifications) are preferred, but not requirements.

Responsibilities

• Windows 10/11 imaging and deployments.
• Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online configuration and support.
• Active Directory account work and device management.
• Mobile devices, printers, and conference room AV support before client meetings.
• Support remote users over AVD and Netskope, remote sessions via BeyondTrust.
• Ticket queue maintenance and SLA adherence.

Job description

$27.00/hour W2, open-ended contract, onsite five days a week in the Century City neighborhood of Los Angeles, CA (zip code 90067) for an investment and financial services firm.

Our client is the top-ranking Mergers & Acquisitions advisor globally. This role supports bankers and senior leadership directly.

available while on our payroll. Conversion to a permanent employee of our client is a possibility but not guaranteed.

Tech stack

is Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure Virtual Desktop, Netskope VPN, BeyondTrust, Teams Phones, and Bloomberg Terminals.

Job duties

include but are not limited to Windows 10/11 imaging and deployments, Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online, Active Directory account work, mobile devices, printers, and conference room AV before a client meeting starts. Also, duties include supporting remote users over AVD and Netskope, remote sessions through BeyondTrust, ticket queue clean and inside SLA.

Requirements

2+ years of hands-on desktop and/or service desk supporting Windows, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory.

Bachelor's degree and/or CompTIA A+ or Network+ (or other relevant certifications) are preferred, but not requirements.

This position WILL MOVE FAST with client interviews being scheduled later this week (1 round, 30 minutes via Microsoft Teams).
