Job description

*Description*

The client requires resources to assist in hardware deployment, which includes monitor and hardware swaps, imaging machines with Windows 11, and deploying various hardware such as laptops, desktops, tablets, scanners, credit card readers, and e-signature pads. The role involves testing systems for operational readiness, troubleshooting login issues, and escalating unresolved problems. Communication across the project team (Project Manager, Technicians, practices, internal Desktop and Network Infra teams) is essential. Additionally, updating Excel spreadsheets with asset information is required.

Deployment is scheduled from early June through the end of July, with a potential extension into September or October.

The majority of work occurs during standard hours (Monday - Friday; 9am - 5pm), but some work outside these hours may be scheduled across multiple locations, depending on practice availability, including earlier mornings or later evenings.

Locations include Oceanside, Hicksville, and 28-30 remote sites around Nassau County (e.g., Baldwin, Freeport, Merrick, Valley Stream, Bellmore, Levittown, Huntington Station, Hewlett, Long Beach, Lynbrook, Rockville Centre, Hempstead).

Must be able to lift over 50 lbs.
