Base pay range

$18.00/hr - $21.00/hr

Job tile: IT Depot Technician

Duration: 6 months (with the option to be converted to full-time)

Location: 175 Park Avenue Madison, NJ

Insight Global's largest real estate client is looking for an IT Depot Technician to support their Madison, NJ headquarters. This person will be specifically responsible for maintaining the equipment depot's efficiency. This person will oversee depot operations, ensuring the seamless fulfillment of all equipment requests, including onboarding and offboarding of employees and contractors, configuring and setting up equipment, preparing equipment for shipment, handling legal hold requests, and maintaining accurate asset management records, including disposal. This role will require someone to work onsite in Madison, NJ from 9:00am-5:30pm Monday-Friday.

Required Skills:

- Proven experience installing and maintaining Windows 10, Windows 11, and MacOS X operating systems.

- Familiarity with Active Director, Azure Active Directory, InTune, Encryption (Bit Locker and FileVault), Ivanti, PowerShell, and ServiceNow

- Working knowledge of Windows Deployment Toolkit for Imaging

- Comprehensive technical understanding of laptop and desktop hardware and peripherals

- Hands-on experience in hardware troubleshooting and problem-solving

- A+ certification
