Job summary

Insight Global in Concord, CA is seeking a Desktop Support Technician for a 6-month contract focused on a Windows 11 deployment across hospital and clinic environments. This onsite role requires hands-on IT support for clinical and non-clinical staff.

You will image, configure, install, and upgrade devices, troubleshoot hardware and software, and deliver excellent customer service within healthcare settings.

Qualifications

Job description

Location: Concord, CA (100% Onsite – 5 Days/Week)

Hourly rate: $24/hr

6-Month Contract + Extensions

MUST WORK 6am-3pm shift

We're hiring a Desktop Support Technician to support a large-scale Windows 11 deployment project across hospital and clinic environments. • Support Windows 11 deployments, system upgrades, and application rollouts
• Image, configure, install, and upgrade devices

Compensation:

$24/hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
