Job summary

Dexcom seeks an IT Support professional in San Diego to provide day-to-day technical assistance for employees and VIPs, manage hardware and software upgrades, and ensure secure, efficient computing environments. You will install and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, and peripherals, while maintaining knowledge resources and supporting project initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support to employees and VIPs in support of their computing environment.
• Recommend hardware and software solutions, including new acquisitions and upgrades.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, workstations, peripherals, and network connectivity.
• Provision, upgrade, and deprovision computers and accessories.
• Maintain passwords and ensure data integrity and file system security for end-users.
• Communicate technical information to other employees.
• Contribute technical knowledge to the Knowledge Base.
• Take on projects and other duties as needed.
