Job summary

Dexcom Inc. in United States is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide day-to-day technical support for the computing environment. You will install, configure, and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, and peripherals, manage passwords, and ensure data integrity and security.

Your role includes communicating technical information and contributing to the Knowledge Base. Travel is minimal, with 0–5% expected. The position requires 2–4 years of related experience and relevant certifications such as

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Google IT Support Certificate, or HDI-DST are preferred

Where you come in:

• You will provide day-to-day technical support to employees and VIPs in support of their computing environment. Recommend hardware and software solutions, including new acquisitions and upgrades.
• You will install, configure, and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, workstations, related peripherals, and network connectivity. Heavy focus on the provisioning, upgrading, and deprovisioning of computers and accessories.
• You will maintain passwords and ensure data integrity and file system security for the end-user computing environment.
• You will communicate technical information to other employees.
• You contribute technical and procedural knowledge to the Knowledge Base.
• You will take on projects and other duties as needed.
