Job summary

Dexcom is seeking a detail-oriented IT Support Specialist to deliver day-to-day technical assistance for employees and VIPs. You will install, configure, and trouble-shoot laptops, desktops, and peripherals while managing provisioning and deprovisioning of devices.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support to employees and VIPs in support of their computing environment.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, workstations, related peripherals, and network connectivity.
• Manage provisioning, upgrading, and deprovisioning of computers and accessories.
• Maintain passwords and ensure data integrity and file system security for end-user computing environment.
