Job summary

BCIC Swiss GmbH | Best Connect International Company seeks a Desktop Support Specialist for on-site coverage in Germany. You will provide deskside support, install and repair desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals, and assist with Windows OS, AD, and Office applications.

Responsibilities include delivering Smart Hands support for network devices, troubleshooting LAN/WAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP, RDP, and wireless connectivity, and maintaining ticket updates with escalation as needed.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of IT/Desktop Support experience.
• Knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, and PC hardware.
• CompTIA A+ (preferred).
• English & German (B2 or above).
• Valid German work permit or EU work authorization.
