Looking for an energetic customer-focused Mid to Senior Desktop Support Specialist (Technical) to help a great business partner with an immediate need.
Responsibilities: As a Senior Desktop Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to escalated issues for various end-users, resolving hardware and software issues, and ensuring optimal performance of desktop systems. Tier 2 and Tier 3 support. You will support Windows 10/11, Office 365, Teams, VPN, SharePoint and maintain desktop hardware, software, and peripherals. This role will resolve escalated issues using advanced troubleshooting skills on-site and providing timely and effective support to users. You will also manage user accounts and permissions, ensuring security and compliance with company policies. Additionally, you will document technical procedures, assist with IT projects, and stay updated with the latest technology trends and best practices. Looking for an immediate start. West of the City - Monday to Friday daylight 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM onsite. Long term contract can be renewed or contract-to-hire.
