What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide proactive phone, email, and chat support to clinical trial participants and site staff
- Manage inbound calls while focusing on remote outbound calls to increase participant engagement
- Serve as a liaison for additional support between end users and medical device manufacturer representatives
- Maintain documentation and adhere to best practices during patient interactions
- Be available during non-business hours, including weekday evenings and weekends
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED with 3+ years of patient interaction experience, or a 4-year degree with 1+ year of patient interaction experience
- Strong interpersonal skills with excellent customer service and phone demeanor
- Organizational skills with a focus on best documentation practices
- Experience working with sensitive patient populations, such as those diagnosed with schizophrenia
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with internal and external customers
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience using the Zendesk platform for documentation and support
- Adherence to program service level agreements (SLA) and training
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Background in clinical trial experience of at least 3-5 years
- Experience in the medical device industry, either in education or customer support
