About the Role:

As aCustomer Support Specialist, you’ll be the frontline of AppSignal’s customer success efforts, ensuring users have a seamless and positive experience. You’ll handle non-technical inquiries related to billing, account management, and subscriptions while gathering valuable feedback to enhance the product. This is a remote position, with a preference for candidates inCentral or Eastern Time zones(or Austin, TX).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide proactive, empathetic support to customers via email and chat.

  • Guide users through onboarding, billing, and account-related questions.

  • Collaborate with the Customer Success team to strengthen customer relationships.

  • Share insights with Product teams to improve user experience.

  • Maintain and refine internal/external documentation for clarity.

What You Bring:
  • 2+ years in customer support, success, or account management.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Comfort engaging with developers (no coding required).

  • Self-motivated, organized, and adept at remote work.

  • A proactive mindset for improving processes and customer satisfaction.

  • Familiarity with tools likeZendesk, Intercom, or Stripeis a plus.
