Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Technical Delivery specialist for a 3-month contract with potential to convert to permanent. You will support the implementation of technical solutions within client projects, work closely with project teams, and handle desktop PC support, imaging, and software installations onsite in healthcare settings.

The role requires hands-on technical skills, strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing project needs.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent hands-on experience; relevant certifications are a plus.
• Must have onsite hospital/healthcare experience.
• 2+ years in technical delivery, implementation, or consulting in IT services.

Job Summary:

The Technical Delivery specialist is responsible for supporting the successful implementation of technical solutions within client projects at an IT Professional Services Firm. This role involves working closely with project teams to deliver high-quality technical services, ensuring client requirements are met effectively and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have hands-on technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, great communication skills, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing project needs. We are looking for someone with desktop PC support, imaging computer, downloading software, installing PCS and computers, day to day operations, inventory management, working in excel to put together reports, walk the floors with the client, attention to detail

Must haves:

• Associate's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience; relevant certifications are an advantage
• Must have worked onsite in a hospital or healthcare setting
• 2+ years of experience in a technical delivery, implementation, or consulting role, preferably within the IT services or consulting environment
• Strong technical skills with the ability to learn new technologies quickly. Familiarity with network infrastructure, end user technology (EUT), hardware lifecycle processes, and basic project delivery methodologies
