Qualifications

• 2+ years desktop support experience preferred.
• PC hardware/software troubleshooting, Windows 10/11, VPN installs, TCP/IP configurations.
• Strong prioritization, multitasking, and service ethic.

Responsibilities

• Respond to user helpdesk requests and phone inquiries.
• Prioritize and resolve technical issues to complete work orders.
• Manage PC installations, imaging, upgrades, and patches.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
• Collaborate with Network Support to ensure PCs and peripherals connect to the network.
• Track and manage issues using IT ticketing software.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
