Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Desktop Delivery Analyst for on-site support in Mount Juliet, TN. You will manage PC configuration, deployment, ticket handling, and act as site lead for on-location issues while collaborating with other tech teams.

The role requires 2+ years in Windows environments, AD/Windows Server experience, and knowledge of Office 365/Azure. On-site duties and strong communication are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years deploying and supporting Windows 10 environments.
• 2+ years with Windows Server & AD (DHCP/DNS).
• 1-3 years of Office 365 & Azure Cloud offerings.
• Experience with server and application security remediations.
• General knowledge of servers, networks, apps and their interactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for project initiatives within desktop environment constraints.
• Participate in technical assessments for hardware, software tools, and OS.
• Train and assist team members and end users on current software platforms and new tech adoption.
• Manage and improve security of PC endpoints across the enterprise.
