Job summary

Volt is hiring a Desktop Support Lead for a full-time contract role in Overland Park, KS. The position covers configuring, troubleshooting, and monitoring PCs and server systems, with maintenance of telecom equipment and support for multiple OS environments.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in IT support and strong skills in Windows, macOS, Linux, SCCM, Autopilot, and Active Directory. On-site and remote work experience is valued. Pay ranges $30–$33 per hour.

• Experience working in both remote and onsite environments.

• Be providing assistance in maintaining inventory of peripheral devices of all systems, creating documentation of computer hardware issues and troubleshooting on one of the latest versions of operating systems, such as Windows or macOS or UNIX/Linux.

Pay Rate

Pay Rate: $30.00 - $33.00 per hour

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
