Job summary

Belcan is seeking a Desktop Support & IT Asset Coordinator to provide Tier 1 and 2 technical support for office and shop-floor users. You will manage endpoint deployment, troubleshoot devices, and maintain IT hardware/software records in the ITAM system.

This role also supports IT compliance activities, ensuring audit evidence and documentation are accurate and up to date, while handling asset lifecycles, licenses, and vendor activity in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in IT support or IT asset management.
• Experience with Windows 10/11 troubleshooting and support.
• Microsoft 365 administration including Exchange Online/Teams/SharePoint.
• Experience using ITSM or service desk ticketing systems.
• Strong attention to detail and record-keeping.
• Willingness to work onsite in a manufacturing environment and lift/move IT equipment.
• U.S. Person status per 22 CFR 120.62.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for office and shop-floor users.
• Troubleshoot, configure, deploy and support laptops, desktops, printers and mobile devices.
• Manage tickets through resolution with triage and documentation.
• Process approved hardware, software and access requests.
• Maintain user guides, knowledge articles and support procedures.
• Maintain accurate hardware/software records in ITAM/ITSM.
• Support device lifecycle activities and asset classifications.
• Collect IT evidence for audits and compliance reviews.
• Maintain onboarding/offboarding, training and policy records.
