• Install and support cybersecurity tools like MFA.
• Troubleshoot and repair hardware and software issues.
• Document systems, processes, and ticket details.
• Maintain familiarity with industry best practices.

Skills

Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Mac operating systems

Basic network troubleshooting knowledge/experience (wireless, routers, VPN)

Understanding remote office software (Remote desktop connection, Zoom, Teams)

General hardware/software troubleshooting

Experience with ticketing and remote management software
