Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for incoming helpdesk requests and resolve Tier 1/2 tickets per SLAs.
• Triage and escalate complex Tier 3, network, and infrastructure issues.
• Configure, image, deploy, and maintain Windows and macOS devices and peripherals.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding workflows including provisioning and deprovisioning.
• Administer Microsoft 365, SSO, and supported business apps.
