Job summary

AQR Capital Management is seeking a skilled Help Desk professional to join the Engineering group's IT Support team in Greenwich, CT. You will handle initial inquiries via phone or email, troubleshoot issues, and help deploy applications across Windows, macOS, and iOS environments.

The role requires 3–5+ years in a help desk setting, flexible shifts, and a readiness for overtime. A bonus program and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in a help desk environment.
• Certification preferred (Microsoft, A+, Network+, etc.).
• Proficiency with Windows, MAC, and IOS environments.
• Excellent oral communication skills.
• Detail oriented to keep updated notes on tickets.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve basic computer issues.

Responsibilities

• Take initial inquiries via phone or email and troubleshoot hardware, software, or admin problems.
• Install and configure hardware, software, and mobile apps.
• Escalate complex issues to senior support technicians.
• Support rollout of new applications and projects.
• Test and evaluate new technologies to meet business needs.
• Log and track issues in ServiceNow and manage multiple tickets.
