Applause is seeking an IT Support Engineer I to support the Service Desk and IT Operations. The role involves imaging workstations, provisioning new users, and assisting with a variety of technical issues across Windows and Mac environments.

The position includes on-call coverage and two days per week in the office for on-site support. Candidates should have 2+ years of IT support experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in an IT support role.
• Experience with Windows 10/11 and Mac OS.
• Strong networking basics and MS Office proficiency.
• Experience supporting mixed Windows/Mac environments.
• Excellent communication and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate imaging and shipping of laptops for new hires.
• Manage laptop inventory to ensure devices are available.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new users.
• Provide on-site support 2 days/week and participate in on-call rotations.
