Job summary

Delphi-US - Peacemakers In The Talent War in Warwick, RI, seeks a Desktop Support Technician to provide hands-on end-user and endpoint support in a Microsoft-centric environment. Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience with Microsoft products and technologies.
• Experience supporting Windows 11 in an enterprise environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (O365) and Azure Intune device management.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory.
• Experience troubleshooting Dell hardware and printing devices.

Responsibilities

• Respond to IT support requests via phone, email, ticketing systems, and in person.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, OS, and device issues.
• Support end users across Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Intune.
• Provision and configure new devices using Intune.
• Deploy applications for Windows and iOS devices.
• Create and maintain Intune device management policies.
• Diagnose and resolve Dell hardware issues.
• Install and troubleshoot local and network printers.
