Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Windows 11 operating systems.
• Support PCs, laptops, and printers.
• Assist with 365 (Office applications) related issues.
• Utilize the ticketing system for issue tracking and resolution.
• Utilize remote tools such as Quick Assist and Teams.
• Support business applications including LARA, MACS3, QlikSense, Citrix Workspace App.
• Ensure Ethernet / TCP/IP connectivity for network operations.
