prosource.it is seeking an IT Desktop Support Technician to join a global enterprise team supporting North Slope operations in Alaska. The role provides L1/L2 IT support for ~800 users, with a two-week on/two-week off rotation and travel to site as needed.

The ideal candidate has 1–5+ years in IT desktop support, a BSc in CS or related field, and strong customer-focused, problem-solving, and communication skills. Competitive benefits and a robust rotation schedule are offered.
