prosource.it is seeking an IT Desktop Support Technician to join a global enterprise team delivering technical solutions to internal partners. The role supports 800 users on the North Slope, Alaska, with a 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotation and 12-hour shifts.

Responsibilities include diagnosing IT incidents, installing peripherals, configuring AV/VC, and collaborating with the team to resolve issues quickly. This starts ASAP and offers a W2 hourly engagement with a comprehensive benefits package.

Formación

• 1-5+ years of IT Desktop Support experience.
• BSc in Computer Science or relevant field.
• Strong communications skills.
• Highly customer focused and self-motivated.
• Team player with problem-solving ability.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and resolve IT incidents.
• Install peripheral components.
• Configure AV/VC and resolve issues.
• Escalate and own issues until resolution.
• Provide excellent customer service.
