Job summary

Worley is seeking a Wells Support Technician for a remote, rotational assignment on the North Slope of Alaska. The position involves intensive manual labor, equipment maintenance, and set‑ups for various Wells interventions, with safety training and strict adherence to policies.

Expect 84 hours per week (40 straight time, 44 overtime), meals and lodging on site, and company‑provided transportation from Anchorage to the North Slope. NSTC certification and Hazmat endorsements supported by Worley.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL and the ability to be insured by Worley's auto insurer.
• Ability to obtain Tanker and Hazmat endorsements within 6 months of hire.
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• North Slope Training Cooperative (NSTC). Worley can provide NSTC certification training if needed.
• One (1) year experience with flange identification, triplex pump, bolt-up, or basic rigging procedures.
• One (1) year experience working in a Wells Intervention environment.

Responsibilities

• Attend technical, developmental and safety training.
• Perform manual labor and maintenance on equipment and facilities for the Wells Intervention Team.
• Set up Wells Service jobs including Coil, E-Line, Full bore, Tree replacements, Well Disconnect/Reconnect with various components.
• Operate Wells service equipment such as Loaders, Rig Trucks, Forklifts, and Boom Trucks.
• Perform hydro-testing and rigging load calculations for lifting operations.
• Safely climb ladders up to 25 ft and work in harsh Arctic environments.
