Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking an onsite IT support professional for a 6-month rolling contract at New London Hospital in New London, CT. The role requires strong Windows expertise and excellent customer service to Doctors, Nurses, Managers, and staff.

You will deploy and support desktops, thin clients, workstations, and printers, troubleshoot end-user issues, and document tasks in Remedy. The position is fully onsite, with a daily pay range of $20.00–$23.00/hr.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting in a Windows environment (Active Directory user accounts/permissions).
• Strong customer service and documentation skills.
• Willingness to work onsite at a hospital five days a week.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite IT support at New London Hospital 5 days a week.
• Deploy and support desktops, thin clients, workstations, and multifunction printers in clinical areas.
• Troubleshoot end-user issues and document tasks in Remedy.
