The position requires an associate degree in a technical field, entry-level certifications, and 3–6 months of related experience. On-site work and local travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a technical field is preferred.
• Company certifications you must achieve.
• 3–6 months of related tech experience preferred.
• Complete onboarding training during first 30 days.
• Skills include Active Directory, email configuration, OS/software install, and basic networking.

Responsibilities

• Handle desktop tickets via ETS process and procedures.
• Diagnose and resolve complex desktop issues for end users.
• Install, configure, test, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and printers.
• Create customized configurations across platforms and OSs.
• Load OS via imaging workstation systems.
• Collaborate with Desktop Support team to keep the environment running smoothly.
• Document actions in the RMM system and time spent on tasks.
• Provide clear communication with clients and colleagues.
• Follow ETS policies and contribute to service delivery standards.
• Assist with training and knowledge sharing within the team.
