Job summary

Hygiena seeks a Senior Desktop Support Engineer in Camarillo, CA to manage endpoints, automate deployments, and lead technical escalations. The role emphasizes stronger security, policy enforcement, and collaboration with Security and Infrastructure teams to sustain enterprise IT operations.

The candidate should have 5+ years in enterprise IT, expertise with Intune/Autopilot, and strong Windows/Office 365 proficiency, with a focus on proactive endpoint management and documentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in enterprise IT desktop support or endpoint engineering.
• Proven experience configuring Intune and Windows Autopilot in cloud/hybrid.
• Strong Windows 10/11, Office 365, and Entra ID knowledge.
• PowerShell scripting for automation of deployments and admin tasks.
• Experience with Defender for Endpoint and endpoint security practices.
• AD, GPO, DNS/DHCP, VPN and basic LAN/WAN networking familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee lifecycle, configuration, and security of enterprise endpoints.
• Lead zero-touch deployment and policy enforcement using Intune and Autopilot.
• Serve as senior escalation point for Tier 1/2 staff; diagnose complex issues.
• Write and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate deployments and tasks.
• Collaborate with Security and Infrastructure on endpoint hygiene and policies.
• Support Office 365 services and basic network components.
• Maintain asset lifecycle, imaging, and SOPs for IT support.
