Job summary

Axiom Technologies, a Global IT Services partner, is seeking a capable Desktop Support Engineer to provide on-site IT support for enterprise clients in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. This contract-based role involves responding to service requests and delivering hands-on assistance for desktops, laptops, and peripherals at the client location.

You will work with the Service Delivery Team, troubleshoot Windows environments, assist with hardware installations, and maintain documentation while following

• Basic understanding of networking (LAN connectivity, switches, routers).
• Ability to diagnose and resolve desktop, printer, and peripheral issues.

Responsibilities

Role Overview

This role involves responding to service requests when required and providing hands‑on technical assistance for desktop systems, laptops, network connectivity, and peripheral devices at the client location. This is a contract-based, on-demand position, meaning work assignments will be provided as and when support is required. Availability and responsiveness are essential for this role.
