This contract-based, on-demand role requires responding to service requests, troubleshooting Windows desktops, laptops, and peripherals, and maintaining hardware and software at the client site in Benton, Arkansas.

The position is part-time, with no guaranteed hours; work is dispatched by the Service Delivery Team, and candidates must be U.S. citizens or GC holders preferred.

Role Overview

This is a contract-based, on-demand position, meaning work assignments will be provided as and when support is required. Availability and responsiveness are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-site desktop and IT support for end users at the client location.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, operating systems, and enterprise software applications.
• Support network connectivity issues, including LAN troubleshooting.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and desktop environments
• Experience in hardware troubleshooting and replacement
• Basic understanding of networking (LAN connectivity, switches, routers)
• Ability to diagnose and resolve desktop, printer, and peripheral issues
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently in onsite support environments

Work Model
