Axiom Technologies Pty Ltd. is seeking a capable Desktop Support Engineer to provide on-site IT support for enterprise clients in a contract-based, on-demand arrangement.

You will respond to service requests, troubleshoot Windows desktops and peripheral devices, and ensure timely resolution at the client location. The role involves on-site work in House Springs, Missouri, with no guaranteed hours, and immediate start.

Formación

• Experience with Windows operating systems and desktop environments.
• Strong hardware troubleshooting and replacement skills.
• Basic networking knowledge including LAN connectivity, switches and routers.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve desktop, printer, and peripheral issues.
• Good communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, operating systems, and enterprise software applications.
• Support network connectivity issues, including LAN troubleshooting.
• Assist with device setup, replacement, and hardware installations.
• Perform basic network troubleshooting using console access when required.
• Document service activities and communicate updates to the service delivery team.
• Follow client IT policies and security procedures while performing onsite tasks.

Role Overview

We are looking for a reliable and technically skilled Desktop Support Engineer to provide on-demand, on-site IT support for enterprise clients. This role involves responding to service requests when required and providing hands-on technical assistance for desktop systems, laptops, network connectivity, and peripheral devices at the client location. This is a contract-based, on-demand position, meaning work assignments will be provided as and when support is required. Availability and responsiveness are essential for this role.

Work Model
