Axiom Technologies is seeking a capable Desktop Support Engineer to provide on-demand, on-site IT support for enterprise clients. You will respond to service requests and deliver hands-on assistance for desktop systems, laptops, and peripherals at the client location.

This contract-based, on-demand role requires reliable availability and the ability to work independently in on-site environments, with work assignments provided by the Service Delivery Team and travel as required.

• Basic understanding of networking (LAN connectivity, switches, routers).
• Ability to diagnose and resolve desktop, printer, and peripheral issues.

We are looking for a capable resource to coordinate, ranging from simple activities to more complex plans. This role will provide on-site assistance to end-users within the organisation’s desktop computing environment in a timely and accurate fashion to ensure optimal service delivery.

Role Overview
We are looking for a reliable and technically skilled Desktop Support Engineer to provide on-demand, on-site IT support for enterprise clients.
