This contract-based role requires responding to service requests with hands-on assistance for desktops, laptops, and peripherals at the client site.

Role emphasizes on-site, independent work with no guaranteed hours. Immediate start and dispatch-based assignments will be provided by the Service Delivery Team.

• Support network connectivity issues, including LAN troubleshooting.
• Assist with device setup, replacement, and hardware installations.
• Perform basic network troubleshooting using console access when required.
• Document service activities and communicate updates to the service delivery team.
• Follow client IT policies and security procedures while performing onsite tasks.

Role Overview
