LexisNexis Legal & Professional in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Desktop Support Co-Op to provide hands-on IT support across desktop, laptop, mobile, and printer technologies. You will install, configure, and migrate data, assist end users, and collaborate with a team of technologists in a fast-paced environment.

This role is open to currently enrolled undergraduates and graduates graduating between December 2026 and December 2028, requires U.S. citizenship, and on-site work.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled student pursuing an Associate’s or advanced level education in IT, MIS, CS, Business, or related field.
• Demonstrate customer-focused approach and ability to collaborate.
• Be available to work 19 hours per week while taking classes.
• On-site Raleigh, NC office work requirement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and install desktop and laptop systems, including data migration and software installation.
• Provide end-user support for enterprise desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and printers.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues across devices.
• Coordinate with vendors and other IT roles to resolve problems.
