LexisNexis Legal & Professional is seeking a Desktop Support Co-Op in Raleigh, NC. The role provides hands-on support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and printers, with data migration and software installation.

The position requires current enrollment in IT/MIS/CS and is on-site at our Raleigh office. Applicants should have basic troubleshooting skills across Windows, Mac, and iOS, understand AI concepts, and be able to work 19 hours per week while studying.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled student pursuing an Associate's or advanced level education in IT, MIS, CS, Business, or related field.
Demonstrate customer-focused approach and collaboration.
Basic technical troubleshooting with Windows, Mac, and iOS.
Understand AI basics and workplace AI applications.
Available to work 19 hours per week while classes are in session.
On-site in Raleigh, NC.

Responsibilities

Deliver and install desktop and laptop systems, including data migration, software installation, and end-user support.
Provide end-user support for enterprise desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
Resolve hardware, software, mobile devices, printers, and connectivity issues.
Troubleshoot desktop issues, including hardware, printers, and software installations.
Liaise with vendors to support problem resolution.
Monitor IT infrastructure using monitoring tools.
Troubleshoot network and application issues as needed.
Collaborate with Dayton office teammates and assist with other duties.
