LexisNexis Legal & Professional in Raleigh, NC is seeking an on-site Desktop Support Co-Op for currently enrolled undergraduates and graduates graduating between December 2026 and December 2028. This role provides hands-on IT support across desktop, laptop, mobile devices, and printers, including data migration and software installation.

The position requires U.S. citizenship, 19 hours per week, and strong customer focus with basic Windows/Mac/iOS troubleshooting.

Qualifications

Be a currently enrolled student working towards an Associate’s or advanced level education in IT, MIS, CS, Business, or a related field of study.
Demonstrate a customer-focused approach and the ability to collaborate effectively with others.
Possess basic technical and troubleshooting skills with Windows, Mac, and iOS.
Understand what AI is, be able to discuss common AI tools, and recognize potential workplace applications of AI.
Demonstrate good problem-solving and organizational skills.
Be available to work 19 hours per week while taking classes.
Be able to work on-site in our Raleigh, North Carolina office.

Responsibilities

Deliver and install desktop and laptop systems, including data migration, software installation, and end-user support.
Provide general end-user support for enterprise desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
Resolve technical issues involving hardware, software, mobile devices, printers, and connectivity.
Participate in the resolution of desktop computer issues, including hardware and printer troubleshooting, software installation, hardware peripherals, and daily backup procedures.
Liaise with third-party software and hardware vendors to support problem resolution.
Monitor, support, and troubleshoot IT infrastructure operating issues using software and hardware monitoring tools.
Perform troubleshooting and problem resolution for hardware, software, telecommunications, business applications, and customer connectivity issues as assigned.
Collaborate with other technical support roles in the Raleigh office and assist with other duties as assigned.
