Job summary

Staples Advantage Canada in Framingham, MA is seeking a Desktop Support Technician – Technical Analyst to deliver deskside and remote IT support for corporate associates and end users, ensuring reliable hardware, software, and enterprise applications.

You will image and deploy desktops, troubleshoot across Windows environments, manage on-call rotations, and document service activities while collaborating with IT teams and vendors to maintain a seamless end-user experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of IT support experience.
• Experience with PC imaging and software deployment tools (SCCM/Intune).
• Experience supporting mobile devices in an enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily technical support to corporate and remote associates, troubleshooting hardware, software, and mobile device issues.
• Respond to incidents and service requests per established SLAs.
• Image and deploy desktops/laptops using SCCM/Intune and install approved software.
• Perform PC refresh activities and data migrations.
• Configure and support peripherals and network devices; remote troubleshooting when possible.
• Maintain documentation of incidents and procedures and collaborate with teams/vendors.
