Job summary

DYOPATH LLC is seeking a Desktop Support Analyst I to join our Sanford, NC team. On-site role with a 3rd shift schedule, paying $21/hour. You will support desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals, troubleshoot issues, and maintain systems and applications.

You’ll work with Microsoft O365 Suite and SharePoint, provide strong customer service, and collaborate across teams while meeting SLAs and contributing to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field or 2 years of equivalent work experience.
• A+ certification preferred.
• Experience with desktop hardware and software support.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues via phone, chat, or in person.
• Install, deploy, and maintain company systems and applications.
• Track and resolve incidents using internal ticketing systems while meeting SLAs.
• Perform software updates, including Microsoft security patches and antivirus signatures.
• Document processes and create knowledge base articles.
• Liaise with third-party vendors and technicians.
• Order parts for hardware maintenance and repairs.
• Participate in special projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
