Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Install, upgrade, and test microprocessor-based computing systems, printers, and peripherals.
• Respond to incidents and outages, including go-live support and on-call requests.
• Use the service management system to manage tickets per SLAs.
• Troubleshoot devices and operating systems.
• Produce documentation such as step-by-step instructions and config settings.
