Raymond James is seeking a Desktop Support Associate Analyst to resolve hardware and software issues for end users at our Saint Petersburg, FL HQ. Qualifications

• Associate's degree and 2–3 years of experience in a technical helpdesk or support environment.
• Proficient with Windows and macOS operating systems.
• Experience with basic networking concepts and mobile device environments.
• Familiarity with security best practices and business productivity applications.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware/software issues via phone, remote access, and on-site support.
• Document incidents, requests, and resolutions in the ticketing system and communicate clearly with users.
• Provide knowledge base contributions and assist with new hardware/software releases and testing.
• Participate in after-hours on-call rotations and support cross-functional technology projects.
