D&H Distributing is seeking an IT Support Analyst to join the Technology Service Center in Clearwater, FL. This on-site role supports end-users, devices, and network peripherals, with ticketing via ServiceNow and regular engagement at distribution centers.

The position emphasizes rapid issue resolution, asset management, and hands-on hardware support while enabling growth in a collaborative, employee-owned company.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service experience.
• 1–2 years of help desk or tech support experience.
• Proficiency with Windows environments and basic IT concepts.

Responsibilities

• Provide phone, onsite, and remote end-user support (Windows).
• Provide equipment and cabling support onsite and at our Distribution Centers.
• Install and teardown IT equipment onsite and at our Distribution Centers.
• Utilize ServiceNow ticketing system to create, assign, triage and determine escalation path.
• Investigate and troubleshoot applications, operating systems and peripherals.
• Deploy and maintain computer, IP phone, scanner, and other peripherals.
• Test new applications and operating systems for compatibility.
• Ensure the asset management library is accurate.
• Assist with boxing and shipping of equipment.
• Required to work on site several days per week.
• Travel to DCs as needed.
