Job summary

DataAxxis in Midtown Manhattan is seeking a Desktop Support professional for a contract role with hybrid work arrangements. The candidate will handle Active Directory administration, SCCM/MECM patching, and general hardware/software troubleshooting for remote users.

Strong customer service and communication skills are required to effectively manage a high volume of support requests while ensuring connectivity and productivity across the Greater NYC area.
