Job summary

A leading IT staffing company in Washington, DC is seeking a professional to provide technical support for Office 2003, 2007, 2010, and Office 365. The ideal candidate should possess strong troubleshooting skills and experience with break/fix situations in corporate environments. This role also requires support for mobility devices across multiple platforms, including Apple and Android. This position is anticipated to last for 1 year with a possibility of extension.

Qualifications

• Experience with Office 2003/2007/2010 and Office 365.
• Strong executive end user troubleshooting skills.
• Experience in troubleshooting in large corporate settings.
• Ability to setup and support multiple Mobility Devices including Apple and Android.
