Job summary
NC State University is hiring an IT Technical Support Analyst to deliver advanced IT desktop support, resolve complex issues, support enterprise endpoint management, and assist with technology projects and Audio/Visual support for the College of Veterinary Medicine.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 1-2 years IT experience or equivalent.
- Strong troubleshooting in Windows and Mac OS; SCCM/Jamf experience preferred.
- Linux support, Intune, Active Directory, Group Policy, and classroom tech/video conferencing are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced hands-on and remote IT desktop support for Windows and Mac OS devices, printers, and mobile devices.
- Serve as escalation point for Tier 1 staff and student IT workers.
- Support enterprise endpoint management and Audio/Visual systems in classrooms and events.
- Assist with technology deployment projects, hardware refreshes, and office moves.
- Troubleshoot networking and telephony issues, including VoIP deployments.
