Senior Lifestyle in Chicago, IL is seeking an IT Helpdesk/Desktop Support Specialist to provide on-demand end-user support across PCs, tablets, mobile devices and printers. The role requires 0–3+ years of experience and an associate degree in IT, with strong English communication and a customer-service mindset.

You will log time in Service Desk and Intervals, assist vendors, and help with hardware swaps, account management and on-site support during community transitions.

Qualifications

• Associate degree minimum in IT or related field.
• 0–3+ years of experience with computer technologies and troubleshooting.
• A+, Microsoft certifications preferred.
• Fluent English to perform duties and communicate with others.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-demand phone support to address end-user inquiries.
• Accurately record time spent on tasks in Service Desk and Intervals.
• Resolve telecommunications issues to ensure connectivity and function.
• Coordinate with vendors to address technical issues and services.
• Assist with hardware swaps, account management, and on-site support as needed.
