Volt is seeking a Desktop Field Services Specialist in Springfield, IL to diagnose and resolve desktop, laptop, and network issues for local employees and those using remote access. You will manage incidents in Remedy Force, document procedures, and help deploy Windows 10/11 while maintaining strong user relationships.
The role is full-time with an 8:30am–5:00pm schedule, paying $24.00–$26.00 per hour DOE, and includes benefits such as health, dental, vision, 401(k), and more.
This is a full-time opportunity.

Pay Rate: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour DOE
