Volt is immediately hiring for a Windows 11/iOS Project Technician in Spokane, WA!

As a Project Technician you will:

Our client is seeking qualified technical candidates to work on large enterprise level IT projects. Must have excellent communication, learn quickly, have experience troubleshooting, and a customer service mindset.

Requirements:

• Currently holds A+ certification and/or enrolled in, or recently graduated from 2- or 4-year technology program
• Minimum 1 year of experience with PC support including deployment
• Demonstrated troubleshooting skills of computers, Microsoft Operating Systems (including Windows 7, Windows 10, Windows Servers, networking (TCP/IP), and various PC end-user applications (MS Office 2007/2010/Office 365) including Access, electronic mail, Terminal Services, VPNs, etc.).
• Should be well versed in desktop repair configuration and troubleshooting Windows based systems including Windows 7/10.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with direct client interaction
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Must be adaptable to change in processes or required activities
• Must have strong attention to detail and be a quick learner
• Must have a professional appearance and behavior including punctuality

This is a full time opportunity.

Pay Rate: $27.00 per hour
